Arthur Burgess, 19, was killed and another wounded on December 2nd in a shooting in the Englewood neighborhood on the city's South Side. At about 8:15 p.m., police were called to 1805 West 56th Street to investigate a report of gunshot victims. When they arrived, they found Burgess dead at the scene.
