At 7:29 p.m. on December 11th, police responded to a report of a teen shot in the buttocks and leg. Police said the teen heard shots and felt pain. 16-year-old Frank Hart was just a block away from his home in the street at 7133 South Paulina Street when he was shot. He was initially listed in critical condition at Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn but died at 11:30 p.m.
