At about 4:30 p.m. on November 3rd, 18-year-old Michael Frazier Jr. died and another was wounded following a shooting on a Bronzeville street. The two men were on the street in the 3900 block of South Vincennes Avenue when someone ran out of a nearby alley and began shooting down the block. The attacker fled on foot. Frazier Jr. was pronounced dead at 5:17 p.m. at Stroger Hospital.
