A masked gunman shot 15-year-old Shonele Gregory to death on the evening of December 12th at a bus stop in the Woodlawn neighborhood on the South Side. At about 6:48 p.m., Gregory was standing at the bus stop on the 600 block of East 63rd Street when a dark-colored vehicle pulled up. An unknown passenger, who was wearing a half mask, jumped out and shot Gregory several times. Police said he had been waiting for the bus. He was found dead on the scene when police and paramedics arrived. He suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his body.
