Reports say Dimitry Ratcliff was standing outside on November 10th when someone approached and fired several shots at him, striking him in the legs and the left shoulder. Police officers and paramedics responded shortly after 9 p.m. to the 1048 North Springfield Avenue and found him laying on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m. at Stroger Hospital.
